Delete in the app
You can permanently delete your Walk RPG account and its data directly in the app:
- Open Walk RPG.
- Open the Menu and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You can also remove only your cloud save (keeping the account) with Delete cloud save on the same Account screen.

Prefer email? Send a deletion request to givoxmobile@gmail.com from the email linked to your account. We will process it as soon as possible.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers:
- Your profile (nickname, tag, level and experience);
- Your cloud-saved game progress;
- Your friend relationships and raid participation.
What is kept, and for how long
- Local data on your device is not affected by account deletion — uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.
- Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
- Anonymous analytics that are not linked to your identity may be retained in aggregated form.
